Looking for used AL 80

Anyone have a used AL 80 for sale with current VIP and hydro?

My single just failed a VIP after 12 good years and I'm looking for a replacement.

Just saw this post on Providence Craigslist. Not AL80's but hope it helps.

I don't know anything about the seller or the tanks, but it says AL100s with current VIP and Hydro, so it may be worth giving them a call.

I wish you luck. I've been looking for used AL80s, too. Once you add the freight and the Vis, they end up costing almost as much as a new one.

Agreed.
South Shore Divers is offering a great deal on new AL 80's actually. $225 for the tank and a card for 10 air fills. I didn't need the valve (my regs are DIN) and was able to save a few extra bucks by supplying my own valve. I decided to buy new based on this deal. The tanks have a June 09 manufacture date.
