USAF E-1 (1964) to E-5 & O-1 to O-3 (retired 1/2/90) then I gave up trying to straighten out the O corps--they didn't appreciate it anyway...
Started diving at MacDill (Tampa) in '65.
A Viet Nam era vet who never got shot at, go figure.

My uncle was a pilot in B Co. 229th Avn Bn in 65-66. Shot down near Bong Son in February 66 but picked up none the worse for wear after auto-rotating.
