but my favorite piece of gear is my Uwatec Master Diver brass/glass spg...paid an obscene amount for it, but it's just totally solid. It'll outlive me...

After many years and dozens of masks; ones that fit very well, the new silicone and manufacturing techniques allow for masks that fit my face.

Snorkels I have never bought one since my first, but boy do I find them on reefs all over the world and some of these suckers are worth the price of a good mask. I have 3 in my box at present and give them away to people who need them. I do use one when I teach; standards and all that.

Most Valuable:
Dry gloves and dry hood on drysuit

Least Valuable:
4AA cell backup light. It worked, just didn't put out a usable amount of light.

Most expensive and the one I like the most is my air intergrated computer mounted on my wrist.
I should of listened to my LDS and not bought that console.

most valuable: my computer.
least valuable: flexible snorkel with bulky top "dry" system.
