Aqua Safari being pushed out at the Palace. Replaced by Aqua World.

We stayed at the Palace in December and did not use the free dives. I don't have a desire to sit on that big boat to jump in at Paradise with 20 of my closest friends. Not my cup of tea, but I am sure that others will use the service.

As long as the Palace allows other OPs to use it's pier, there is no reason to stay anywhere else.
