Bought new in 06 tanks stamped 06/05 so will need hydro sometime this year. They are XS scuba steel LP 108's with the +. I believe the bands are Highland bands, the manifold and valves are DiveRight 300 bar DIN. The tanks were just VIP'ed and O2 cleaned 2 months ago at the end of November. There is still about 2000psi of clean air in them. Obviously can't ship...located in South Florida $500.00
