What kind of snail?

This photo was taken in Casino Point Dive Park, Avalon, Santa Catalina Island, California, in about 30 FSW. What kind of snail is it. The operculum is encrusted with growth, so it is difficult to determine color and pattern.

I don't know why I wrote "operculum" when I meant "shell" and the 24 hours to edit had passed when I realized it. Additionally, due to the shape of the shell and the color and texture of the foot, it is probably a Blue-ring Top Snail, Calliostoma annulatum. I finally found a picture that showed the foot of the Blue-ring Top Snail and it looks like the foot in my photo.
