JUNE 2010 in Cozumel!!

Not arguing, but how could it not give you more time on the same profile? As an air hog, I was thinking of going to a 100 to get me closer to my not-breathing wife. Not that I mind sitting on the boat listening to reggae and talking to Carlos until she get cold and brings her still not empty tank to the surface.

Brother and I will be there June 21 thru 29 staying at Bahia and diving with Aldora Divers...trying to talk Memo into going to windward side...also meeting some dive buddies from Montana there that week...

I Agree, a larger 100 on the SAME Profile for the same diver will most likely give you longer bottom time...however, there are many divers who in time with some expert advice and experience could get as much out of and AL 80 without the need for a steel 100. Yes, some folks just use air...period,and that is perfectly fine, but especially for a new diver, trying to learn how to utilize a tank of air more efficiently may be the best first step.

With that said, I think we should move this topic to it's own dedicated thread. I really do not want the June 2010 thread to get hijacked. ....

Well since July has appeared, and May is going strong, it's about time to put June on the map as well!!

Alan & I will be there June 4 - 12, diving with 'Scuba with Alison' (YIPPEE!!!) and staying at Casa Carlita. It's the first time for us to rent a home in town, and not book an Orbitz deal. We met the owners a few years back on a flight to Coz, so we decided to finally splurge and check the place out. Right now it's just Alan & I, but since the home is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath, we might be looking for some other divers to share the cost ... unless we can talk some non-diving family members into a relaxing Cozumel vacation!! Although we just returned home on Tuesday, I'm ready to pack up and head back to Coz!!

We are staying at Casa Carlita in mid May and its our first time not doing the Orbitz thing either for Coz.

ohh, ohhh pick me, June 18-25 Park Royal. If it is just me, diving with Chucho, who used to be with Alison, dove with him the last couple of years and awesome. If my 16yr old son gets certified, maybe dive with Roberta at Eco Divers, both are highly recommended

Diver Kat...How about posting some water temps and what type wetsuit you're wearing the week you dive....I want to know what to throw in my suitcase. We've never gone in June before, so not sure if a 3mm shorty or just skins/swimsuit will suffice.
