If you are only diving in clear, sunlit water, look for a used Suunto Mosquito. I have one, and it's big for a woman's watch (but what woman's watch would have enough screen space to read any information underwater?) but manageable on my very small wrists. They came in black and white and black and yellow. They unfortunately don't make them any more.

If you want something small that can also be rocked as a day-to-day watch, Cressi Edy2. I ware mine everyday as a watch and it's pretty sweet in the water. It also has a extender for Dry suits. Plus I'm sure their Algo is different but I notice when I dove with my buddies Cobra1 they had the same results.
