Cylinders do not mind a visual inspection.

You can use more than one cylinder in a day.

Cylinders dot not mind when you double them up.

If you do not have one, renting one is legal.

Cylinders do not mind a little gas.

I usually have several tanks in the back of my Suburban and the rest in my garage. It gets pretty darn hot here in the summer, but they are no worse for the wear.

No issues with storing them in your bedroom...No issues storing them in a shed or outside closet or where ever. Avoid direct heat( but before a tank blows from heat..it will take alot of heat...so how hot is your girlfriend... )...other than that....lay them down under your bed or standing up against the wall...throw some cloths over them and call them low profile hangers...

Upright is the preferred way, any moisture in them, which they shouldn't have but, will settle to the bottom which is the thickest part.
I have 10 steel tanks that have been stored either in an outside shed or in the garage for over 35 years, no problems, and that is in humid, hot south Louisiana
