Got my new wetsuit today it fits good except the arms were a little tight around the elbow area. Will the wetsuit stretch out over time?

Sorry, no. It will get stiffer and tighter as it gets older.

Bring it back if you can and get a bigger size or different cut/brand. Not only will the suit shrink, people tend to get bigger as they get older.

Hmm .. my wetsuit has straight cut legs and after , well less than 30 dives, it now has proportional looking, formed calve areas on the legs ... so maybe it would stretch a little, but if it's tight enough to be a bother to you now, then you need a different cut suit
 
Thought the size thing was the Japanese neoprene but nup.
 
Anything that stretches will, eventually, longate.
