My family and I are going to be in Lafayette for the weekend of July 4th, and will be at France Park in Logansport on Saturday the 3rd...
Being that my wife doesn't dive and I don't have any old friends in the Lafayette area that do, I need to find a buddy. My plan is to arrive at the park around 9-9:30'ish and meet up with someone at the Dive Shack. I grew up around there and spend every summer cliff diving there back when it was still legal to do so, but have never dove it, though I had always wanted to.
About me..? I'm 44, been certified 1.5 years and have 96 logged dives and a collection of C-cards. I dive a Halcyon Infinity BP/W w/ a hogarthian reg setup. I also have a doubles rig that I'll probably bring in case anyone wants to just spend the whole day under water playing with the Paddle Fish.
