Dont take this the wrong way, but are you looking for a dive shop to do it or for somewhere outside the dive shop industry?
When I travel and need to find a dive shop I just go to one of the major certification agency sites and select find a dive center. I dont want to post links, but drop me a PM and I can send you the links I use.
