I have a small Oxycheq Stainless back plate that was going to be my daughters but she's opted to dive a jacket style BC instead.
The weight is 3 pounds 6 ounces and the holes are the same pattern as a full sized plate (11 inches on center).
Most online shops have this plate listed at $145.00
I can also add brand new 2" webbing, "D" rings, slides, stainless Oxycheq buckle and cam strap to make a nice Hog harness.
Selling plate for $110.00 and the Hog harness for $40.00
Would be willing to trade all of above for a wing in the 30 pound range.
