PADI Log Book Pages

New to the SB, I am thrilled to find such useful information. I am about to finish off a PADI log book and I was considering making a personalized log sheet. The examples I have seen are great, however, I am in agreement with Highlandfarmwv and intend to dispatch with the icons and symbols. "Expose Protection:________________________________" is more versatile and accurate than a check by a hood.

Highlandfarmwv, could we see an example of you log page?

And paper dive log technology has advanced significantly since then? I made sure my link is still working. I'm still using almost exactly the same page, just a couple of minor tweaks.
