The Corpus Christi Police Dept Search and Recovery Dive Team has been on an active dive call for four days as if this date. The team received information that stolen explosives were disposed of in the Nueces River. The majority of the items have been recovered.

This area of the river is notorious as a dumping ground by the criminal element. Our dive team recovers stolen vehicles out of this river constantly.

Various articles and news clips can be found in KIIITV 3, KRISTV and KZTV10.
