Hell yeah, I'd love to be there... When going out to the Poor Knights for my first AOW dives the instructors and DMs said some sharks had been seen there recently and told how to keep safe with them.

Sharks are backstabbers in general. They prefer to come in for an attack from behind or to the side, not head on. They're also like dogs with a "it's-running-away!-Lets-chase-it" drive. Makes sense... anything that's going to be splashing away in a blind panic has to be part of the food chain, higher ups on the food chain will ignore the shark, or carry on but keep a wary eye on it.

So the advice was to remain calm, face the shark and make no fast movements. The very worst you can do is start swimming franticly for the boat, triggering "wounded fish = prey" connections in the sharks neurons.
