I am considering buying the DC 1200 though I have a few questions. Can you switch between different color modes while in the case(Green >25ft, Green <25ft, etc.). If you decide to adjust the color manually can you do so in the case such as white balance, exposure value EV, or the LCD screen brightness? Also does the camera come with any kind of editing software?

Yes you can switch to different modes while in the case and adjust white balance etc. No it does not come with an editing software. It's a great camera.
