Am heading down to Boynton Beach this weekend. Not sure which wetsuit to pack.

Has anybody who's been out recently willing to share what water temps they've seen?

Thanks greatly in advance.

Mid 50's?? This is Boynton Beach Florida, right?

I heard 49 degrees at 140 feet off WPB on Saturday. Dead fish on the bottom. Upwelling event.

Uh... Thanks... I think. That's a bit nipply.

The GF is gonna love this for her first open water dive. :shakehead:

5mm is the thickest we have, so that's what we'll bring. Thanks much all.

Maybe a drysuit class IS a good idea in FL after all.

Thanks all. We saw 73-75 degrees all weekend. Fortunately the GF didn't freeze and all went well. Had a great time with Splashdown Divers. Captain Lynn and Travis made it a nice experience.
