Me too. I see an age discrimination complaint here.These grey hairs don't mean a thing. May be old but I ain't impaired.( Not much anyway). There is a rockin chair on the boat right? Not that it's needed.

Well, when it comes to "talent", there is a lot of latitude given to having the right persona, and that includes grey hair and body fat! That being said, it sounds like an incredibly fun gig for the "right" person! Good luck to the many out there!
