Help Identify Old Undergarment

This ebay seller has posted an old DUI undergarment Vintage Military DUI Dry Suit Undergarment M 200 Scuba Diving | eBay Says M-200 and looks like the size is a small regular. Any idea of the age and possible temperature rating of this undergarment?

Hi Cass,

I am unsure of the manufacture date. Will try and get a better idea for you. The garment is a Thinsulate insulation. The 200 rating is for waters warmer than our 250. DUI - Thinsulate XM250 DiveWear for your DUI Drysuit
