Dive master or instructor plus manager with business/management experience
Location is south-side of Puerto Rico. This is not a salaried position, compensation will be based on % of revenue, profits, commissions and even a part of the sales proceeds from the business (and of course tips) and/or combination for the right person to be negotiated. Business is for sale. I will consider a share of the sales proceeds of the business going to someone who can make a “value added” contribution. Currently, not actively pursuing business which will be responsibility of the new management. Our marketing plan is to market to private groups with little to no instruction. We do not rent or maintain gear. We do not maintain or manage a dive shop. There are no fixed hours or days. We have marketed ourselves as a dive operation solely. There is also rental property to be managed with business as well as some rental assets being a good handyman/person a plus. Need to be Spanish speaking, a self motivator, have a good business mind and self starter. For more details you can check us out at http://www.godivingpr.com and at call or email at 787-424-4557 or captain.geoff@hotmail.com

I have most of your qualifications: PADI divemaster working on HSA Instructor, fairly handy, former business owner and corporate sales/marketing manager, currently a resort property manager, close ties to HSA for captive dive community which bring their own special equipment. Excellent marketing and people management skills, customer service specialist whose approach is I don't need to know or offer everything, just to know who does.

Drawback is limited Spanish and Japanese language skills. Probably can easily overcome this, with four years of formal Spanish but no little real-world use. Japanese, however, I picked up living there for a few months and never formally studied, so I have the capability.

If you have any interest respond and email me.
