That would summarize it pretty succinctly for the way I use the two undergarments. I find the XM250 more comfortable, but do like the ability to chuck the fleece into a washer when traveling (keeps the dive buddies happier if birds don't fall out of the sky when I climb out of my drysuit at the dive site
)
