Dive Rite Delrin Tec Backup Lights

I have two Dive Rite Delrin Tec Backup lights for sale, both are the Halogen lights. Never been wet (so basically like new), checked them both out and they function perfectly. These are the ones rated to 650' with a 5 hour burn time on 4 AA batteries. Asking $40 a piece, or $80 for the pair + shipping.

Am I over priced?? I think they went $90 new but I could be off the mark.
