Yes. Uncertain which species.
 
It sure is. They are attracted by the lights and will actively hunt, back and forth, in the beam of light. They are very fast and determined swimmers. Not sure which species, but it definitely isn't Chironex Fleckeri, one of the biggest and baddest. Actually, the smallest (irukandji) is the deadliest....

The bell and tentacles are different that yours.

Yours looks like the sea wasps we have in our area.
 
^what they said. It may not kill you, but you may wish you were dead. I had a deckhand get hit not with a live box jelly, but with a tiny piece of tentacle that was on a rope int he water. She said it was like getting slammed with a baseball bat. She still has scars 5 years later.
