Ohio Bound. Where/What/With who to dive?

I'll be moving to Akron Ohio from Florida for grad school in the fall what diving is in the area and whos there to dive with?

A little about me:

I do some cave diving, am a dive master though not current, have a bit over 300 dives etc.

Lots of us in the area dive regularly at Gilboa Quarry (near Findlay) and White Star Quarry (Gibsonburg). Just post on here when you wish to dive and it's usually pretty easy to find a buddy or three to join you.

You've also a got big body of water known as Lake Erie right outside of Akron.

Whitestar and Gilboa are closest to you. There are shallower quarries South. Northpointe in Newark, Circleville Twin Quarries near Columbus, and Lakeview RV Park near Lancaster.
