Did anyone go to the DUI event? How was the viz?

I would say 2-4 feet out by the pipe. The same around the wall.

Today, my guide Steve, instabuddy Bill, and I were between the wall and Middle Beach for most of our dive. Viz wasn't great, but we didn't have to stick to each other like glue to see the farthest person. I would say viz was 3-5 feet.​

Same here. It was a well-run event, as advertised. Found out I need a 300g undergarment and a 150g vest. We would have gone for a second dive, except for the craptastic viz.

I agree. The event was run great. The DUI test divers are awesome. I would definitely recommend to anyone to give it a try. Just a bad vis day. Lobos was bad on Sunday. Lots of kelp covering the cove and vis was horrible. We saw no more than 5-7. And heard Betos was 10 feet vis at 90 feet.
