I have ordered a few times gear at DiveInn and it always worked out smoothly. Never had an issue that an item which was not in stock, unless marked so.

Thus I can recommend it.

Obviously not all stuff should be bought through internetshops, but this is a more general comment.

Living in Europe, I can not comment on warranty or tax issues, when you (like the OP) live outside Europe.

If you do order from them, be sure to check the shipping charges before you finalize the order.
a few years back I got a mares puck air from them, and the postage was like $40, still it was a great deal compared to US outlets at the time and I was happy with the purchase. YMMV
