For budget diving or doing an Open Water course on a budget look at some of the Local Phuket Dive Shops that do Beach Diving. There are some great beach dives to be had and you dont have to spend hours on a boat. Dont get me wrong the boat dives are great too but if you want to do a course on a budget beach diving is a great way to save money
