Well that may be true re: 4th st, but the standard "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me" has quick application when money and time are not inconsequential.

You will get no argument from me on hatteras. I love it as well. I am going June 2014 to do a bunch of stuff culminating with a dip on the EM Clark.

The best time for O.C. IMHO starts in July. If you do go with Ted keep that in mind and you can not go wrong with any of the dives marked DD or capt. choice.
