Fun maybe in a quarry but I am afraid that there will be divers that use it to hassle the fish and other life so that they start to avoid divers.

I've known folks who could blow bubble rings under water, FWIW.

I have one coming. Not for scuba so much as for pool sessions with my snorkeling and skin diving classes in the YMCA program I teach. If it goes over well we are thinking underwater paintball type stuff in the pool and "target shooting" at hula hoops on the bottom to teach kids to take their time and relax long enough to dive down, take the shot, and watch the results.
