I don't know much about vintage, but I saw this on CL and thought of this thread.

It looks like the Orange 2nd Stage may be a Watermill/Seapro.
Are there any markings on the 1st Stage?
 
Believe it or not, back in the day NASDS sold dive gear, known for the pacifier in the mouth piece. This is one.
Works like new.
