I've not picked-up a reference book to help identify jellyfish yet. I took the attached photo off Santa Cruz Island back in October. What kind of jellyfish is it? It's probably a common species in Southern Cali waters. Help would be appreciated!

Looks like a Comb jelly to me. But that's just an uneducated guess.
 
Phil got to it first. If memory serves me correctly Beroe feasts on other comb jellies (ctenophores)
