Wisdom 2 USB Cable not working or wrong cable?

Hello,

I bought an USB cable but after several hours spent on both a windows XP computer and a Mac, I start thinking I don't have the right cable. Can someone confirm? Thanks

They have more then one version of the wisdom 2, Look like you have the older version of the wisdom 2, If you could provide a picture of the dive computer and how you have connected to the dive computer would be helpful. Also which com port is it connecting too?

Hi Paolo,
If your Wisdom 2 has plastic (color teal) buttons. You need a SDK200 cable. If your computer has silver metallic buttons you need the SDK400 cable. Please feel free to contact mauriciomoreno@cramerdecker.com if you need further technical assistance
