I just got a brand new Aqualung Aqua-flex 7mm and LOVE IT!!
My last suit was O'Neill which was great too, but the Aqualung slides on a little easier and isn't as tight around the neck. I know you said you can't really try them on but it really makes a difference.
I actually first bought a wet-suit online that I never wore once after I received it and tried it on - soooo uncomfortable (it was O'Neill with hood attached)... I don't think it's so much the price because sometimes you are paying for the name but it is more about the comfort and fit.

My wife loves her Henderson 7mm Aqualock, only issue is the fleece liner doesn't hold up well. She tried a new Bare one, but it doesn't have zippers on the arms/legs! Left that one at the store.
