I have also gone the Road ID route, as I feel like it gives me a level of comfort when I'm not underwater as well. It's easy to wear the entire time you are on a trip, and will make sure that no matter what happens the fact that I am a diver is known when making important medical choices for me, as well as making it easy to contact those who would need to be contacted in the case of emergency.
