This is going to be difficult in that price range unless you can find something like a Suunto D4 or similar. I'm not a big fan of computer/ compass as most require you to view either the compass or your diving stats, but not both at the same time.

+1 for difficult. You''ld be better off looking for an inexpensive computer and an inexpensive analog compass. My experience is that you don't see a compass built into a computer till you get into fairly high end computers.
