All great recommendations here. There are over 30 dive ops in the Upper Keys so lots and lots of choices. Something for everyone. I've dove with almost all of them at some time. If I can answer any questions, please feel free to PM me.

If you are into Heavy Metal, join us on the Spree4all in July to dive 6 wrecks. http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/florida-diving/493891-scubaboards-spree4all-july-2015-a.html

Thanks, editmojito, Sea Monkeys is one I had not heard about, but will check them out.

Horizon Divers

One advantage of Horizons is that if you are doing several dives with them and make a request for a site they will try to accomodate. By requesting it I got to City of Washington which some of the other boats did not routinely go to. I have dove with Blue Water, Sea Dwellers, HD, and OD. All were fine but most of my dives I have chosen HD and OD. Recently mostly OD since I like the bigger enclosed area in cooler weather and they will go even if only two divers.

I've been wanting to do the Florida Keys wreck trek for years, I finally have my chance. I've been able to dive the Spiegel Grove, Duane, and Bibb, but have never had the opportunity to dive the Thurderbolt, Adolphus Busch, or the Vandenberg.

The trip is for both recreational and technical divers. I'm a recreational diver and plan to get in 2 nice, long dives during each of the 2 dive windows per day. What better way than from the liveaboard, M/V Spree. Hope to see you there
