Diving in Oahu

I am going to be in Oahu in a few weeks. Any recommendations for shops that I can dive with? I am going to need to rent most of my gear.

There are several shops and they are hit or miss. If you are needing most of your gear and are looking for all recreational diving I would look at honolulu scuba company or patricks diving adventures.

I dove with them in the past and will be doing it again when I go back in a few weeks. great outfit.

I recommend Kaimana divers or Hawaiian diving adventures.

I appreciate everyone's ideas on who to dive with. Kind of curious why no one has mentioned Dive Oahu. I know they run plenty of ads in the dive magazines. Anyone ever dive with them?

They are a safe operation, and do the most advertising. Nothing bad to say about them, but not where I send folks too. Not the best shop on island, definitely not the worst.
