A friend of mine who is an instructor always goes for a laugh in class by showing them his heads up compass display. It is a dangling compass ball attached to his mask via a suction cup. Will that work for you?
:)

I would like a compass, pressure, depth, time, the usual computer stuff. Since the vis is so bad, I think compass direction would helpful. Mutable tank monitoring.

It's all doable in principle, but I think until there's either a Google glass-type projector or a thin-film LCD in the mask lens, it's not worth bothering with.

I can't help you since I only have experience with the DataMask. It would be nice to hear back from you after you pick one and gives us your pros and cons.
