My husband and I are thinking of visiting Sanibel Island, FL next spring. I keep seeing that it is a great place for scuba diving, but I can't find a dive shop to go through. Can anyone help me out? Google is not being my friend.

Thanks!

Sanibel is not a prime scuba destination. It's fantastic in many ways, but not for scuba. The better diving on the southwest coast is down south of Naples. Most of us head over to the southeast coast for better diving between Ft Lauderdale on the south to Jupiter on the north. It's an easy day-trip from southwest Florida.
