After getting some info from a few sources, it seems that parts are prohibitively expensive for this pump , so I'm going to pull it out of storage and post some pics up and see if I can't sell it off for parts for other folks who may have one of these and need some spares.
Hey Jimmer, Did I see your ad on Kijiji selling it or is it just coincidence?

Yes the 16 and the 24 are the same block
difference is a 15 vs a 20 HP motor.

No that is wrong
4s24 is not the same as a 4s16
In short the crank case on a 4s16 uses a crank with 3 main bearings also the con rods are sptit type
the crank case has a lower section [sump] so the bolts on the con rods can be got at.
4s24 uses a solid crank case with 2 main crank bearings also con rods are solid one piece type.
Very few parts can be change from a 24 to a 16
The main bits that are the same is the final stage section
All other cylinders,Pistons & valves are not the same & will not fit.
I have most parts for both blocks 4s24 & 4s16
