Neptune Warrior is a new organization that serves both vets and local first responders-- in transparency and disclosure- I am the director. In my work I have found that it provides several benefits. There can be contradictions- but between the diver, the instructor, and social worker/medical aid/ therapist diving can be applied as a solution.
