I just don't log dives
If anyone in South Florida has a scooter in proper working condition, one that utilizes lead acid batteries, please let me know if $1K is acceptable. Something above Mako.
 
There is an Apollo av-1 advertised on spearboard members items (classifieds) that might suit you.

You will need a 12V or 48V charger.
Has front light lamp; good propeller. It has variable speed controls.
