I don't know if anyone is still reading this thread but if anyone know of some diveable cave please let us know about them. Flordia is a long drive.

I live in middle Tn. I dive local caves at least twice a month. They're is several caves to dive in the area, but like mentioned above cold water and low viz.
 
Try joining your local NSS grotto, they can help show you the local ropes. As mentioned most caves are on private property and it's often considered bad form to disclose locations on the internet or to people not known to you personally. Join the local grotto, meet people, demonstrate your conservation ethics, and you'll get introduced to more local stuff.
 
As a local newbg, I’m interested in training under someone in this area. I don’t want to have to go across country to dive.
