Why do I have a dive knife?

I have cut away some nice fishing tackle and weights that were stuck on the wreck.

Thanks. My maglite pouch is very similar except velcro instead of the snap. I think that the snap or something more secure than velcro is needed.

I've been using this sheath attached to the shoulder strap with a malice clip and some cable ties for a couple of years, maybe 50 dives. I hadn't expected this to become a real thread, but currently I keep a zeagle line cutter on one side of my bcd and a 3" knife on the other. I need to get new straps for my BFK and 3 blades seems excessive anyway.

I lost my original knife out of the holster somewhere in CT. The instructor I know at the shop in NY said "it's probably in somebody's chest". For a split second I thought he meant ice chest-- silly me. Well, I haven't lived in NYC for 40 years.
