Which undergarments are size Large and which one would you say provides the most insulation. Looking for use in Southern California waters but I get cold in 56F waters.

Hi Scott,
I'm sorry I just saw this. I have to go back and look in storage. I do have some larges. here in the house everything is medium and X-large. What is your height and weight cause these run small
