Summer Scuba Internship


Want to immerse yourself in the diving world? Do you envision yourself playing on coral reefs, exploring wrecks and challenging yourself to become a better diver? What about learning the business of diving? Introducing FINZ Dive Center Summer Scuba School. This is an intense three month long internship program where you will learn the ins and outs of the dive industry. This is not just a dive master internship program. With us you will master customer service, diving leadership and management skills that will prepare you for the greater scuba world.


Requirements:



  • Must be 18yrs of age



  • 3.0 GPA



  • Minimum of Advanced Open Water certification



  • Completion of Application



  • Three References



  • Two letters of recommendation



  • Must be willing to learn all aspects of the scuba industry, not just diving. If you are unwilling to participate in tasks given, then you will be asked to leave.

What you will learn:



  • Completion of your Dive master certification FOR FREE



  • REAL WORLD, HANDS ON EXPERIENCE



  • Experience in giving dive briefings, leading dives and gaining the mental stamina required to maintain safe diving standards at all times. Additionally, you will learn

  • Internship with be both paid and count for credit

Hi,
Is the start date for the internship flexible? I am really interested in applying, but I have an academic trip that will run from May 15th-May 30th.
