Will come with light, ball mount, soft goodman/hand wrap, and charger. I normally get about a 30-40 minute burn time with it on high flood; I've never used it in any other mode as it was purely a video light, but I can burn test and provide exact number of minutes on any mode (flood hi/med/low or spot hi/med/low) if buyer desires it. Has scratches and signs of use on body, but everything works fine.
I bought a Bigblue VL8300P on a whim Friday and I've recently switched over to sidemount with a helmet-mounted GoPro, so I have no need for this light and the camera tray setup I previously used.
