When was this video taken?
If it's recent surely there are enough details in this video to enable authorities to find them and lay down some heavy fines, but that is only if they want to or care enough. Sometimes I wonder where these guys will stop, guess they never will, as long as there is demand they will kill and rape nature as much as they can.

The authority is "supposed" to be looking at it as whaleshark is "protected" in china.
If the perpetrators had any respect for law, this surely would not had happened on broad daylight!
