Best way I've found to determine the value of used scuba gear or anything else for that matter is to do a search for it on Ebay and check off the box on the lower left side for "sold items".
I see them sold for $60 to $700.
Can't really say much about yours in particular since you don't even say if it works, and what might be included, since you posted pictures of regulators and a BCD for reasons that are not clear.
